• Sometimes Manufacturers Warranty and Service isn't enough and also not available in your area/region/location/pincode.

• Unexpected costs to diagnose, repair or replace your products can be high if service not available.

• Repairing your Solar Inverter by unqualified technicians will further damage it.

• Even the newest smart and efficient technologies are vulnerable to breakdowns, normal wear and tear, and failures.

But! No need to worry if you purchase our Extended Warranty Plans. If anything goes wrong with your product within the Warranty Period, just text us your Order ID (4-digit) on our Support Whatsapp Number and our Technical Team will reach out to you for diagnosis. After which if the fault is found out in the inverter, we arrange a pick-up for the defected piece and replace it with a fully tested refurbished Solar Inverter of same model.

Terms and Conditions-

1. This UrbanUrja's Extended Warranty Plan only covers only Solar Inverters and Solar PCUs of the mentioned categories of 24V.

2. Our Warranty Plans only covers Solar Inverters and PCUs purchased from our Store.

3. Warranty plan may be purchased along with the Solar Inverter/PCU OR It must be purchased within 10 days of delivery of your package.

4. Original Product Packaging and its contents must be kept safely throughout the Warranty Period, without it we won't be able to provide extended warranty or service.

5. If you wish to claim Manufacturer's Warranty/Service first, before opting for UrbanUrja's Extended Warranty Plan (if you purchased it too). Then you must update us regarding Service Situation through this form- _____________________

6. When you shall claim the UrbanUrja Extended Warranty, firstly you'll have to send details of your order and its issues on our Whatsapp Support Number. Our Tech Team will get in touch with you to diagnose the issue and after confirming the Fault in Inverter, we shall arrange a pickup for it. Kindly pack the faulty Inverter in the Original box and packing along with all the accessories and components it came with. After its pickup, we will send a fully tested refurbished inverter at your address as soon as possible.
